WHAT TO EXPECT

Ready to book? New to getting cleaning services? No worries! Here’s what to expect:
 
  • Provide the cleaners access to your home and entry/parking instructions if necessary (you are not required to be present for your cleaning)
  • Provide any pertinent information such as pets/delicate furniture/exclusions/etc.
  • Place clean linens on beds if you’d like them changed
  • Yes, we do the dishes! We’ll load and run the dishwasher or wash dishes if you do not have one.
  • We provide all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment (if you have specific products you prefer us to use, especially for delicate floors, please leave them on the kitchen counter and we’ll be happy to use them) 
  • Payment is expected the day of service unless prior arrangements have been made

WHAT’S INCLUDED

Residential Cleaning Services

Kitchen:

  • Clean and disinfect outside of all appliances
  • Clean inside of microwave
  • Clean and disinfect all countertops and sink
  • Sweep/mop floor
  • Load dishwasher (if needed)
  • Empty trash

Bathrooms:

  • Clean and disinfect countertops
  • Clean and disinfect toilets and sinks
  • Clean and disinfect shower/tub
  • Sweep/mop floor
  • Empty trash

Bedrooms:

  • Vacuum carpets or sweep/mop floor
  • Dust furniture
  • Make bed
  • Empty trash

Den/Living/Dining Areas:

  • Vacuum carpets or sweep/mop floor
  • Dust Furniture
  • Empty trash

General:

  • Remove trash
  • Sweep/mop/vacuum floors
  • Deodorize
  • Optional services (i.e. junk removal, baseboards etc.) upon customer’s request for an additional fee

Note: If there are a delicate items such as china cabinets (inside only-outside will be cleaned), decorative shelves with tchotchkes, ceramic/crystal decorative items, etc., we do not include these items in your cleaning for risk of potential damage.
